somewhere between cinnamon and the light brown of the city roast - a scandinavian style, northern european, mild, with a good acidity and full of promise

organic

from the verdant highlands of new guinea comes the dark ferment of our 100% organic arabica coffee. rich and earthy, full and voluptuous

caffeine reduced (decaffeinated)

because we use arabica beans only, our coffee already has a lower caffeine level - approximately half of that in robusta bean blends - our caffeine reduced probably clocks in at about 97%. we choose the best, so our decaf will still give you the pleasure your coffee palate deserves, whilst holding back on the hit

organic caffeine reduced

given the swiss water torture teatment (like our standard decaf but using water with a nicer attitude) these little black beans hail from columbia. a dark, ripe full bodied coffee with a fruity, slightly smoky finish that’s very satisfying, in an almost monastical way
